This is perfect to make when you have leftover grilled chicken that you don't know what to do with, it's delicious!

Ingredients
  • 1 grilled chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons of craisins
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of pecans
  • 3 tablespoons of low fat plain yogurt
  • dash of salt
  • This is good for calorie counters. This meal counts in at about 300 calories! Yay for low cal!

Directions
  1. Take the already grilled chicken breast and cut it into bite sized pieces.
  2. Cut the celery into finely chopped pieces.
  3. Place in a small mixing bowl.
  4. Add the yogurt and stir.
  5. Add salt to taste.
  6. Mix in the pecans, celery, and craisins.
  7. Stir and enjoy!
