Truley tasty and goes well over spinach type or greens with fruit salads

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Greek Yoghurt
- 1 Tbs honey
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- Salad:
- 6 cups spinach leaves
- 2 sliced nectarines
- 1/2 c crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 crushed walnuts
Directions
- Whisk all.
- Chill 30 minutes
- Serve over a salad composed of spinach leaves, sliced nectarines crumbled feta cheese and some crushed walnuts
- Multiply dressing as needed
