How to make it

  • Spray large skillet with cooking spray then heat over medium heat until hot.
  • Sauté onions, leek, shallots and green onions stirring frequently then stir in broth.
  • Heat to boiling then reduce heat and simmer covered 5 minutes then stir in herbs.
  • Cook uncovered over medium low heat until onion mixture is golden about 15 minutes.
  • Season with salt and white pepper then serve immediately.
