Frozen Date Souffle

- 1 8 oz package cream cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup maple syrup shopping list
- 2 medium-sized ripe bananas shopping list
- 1 T lemon juice shopping list
- 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped dates shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 cup whipping cream shopping list
How to make it
- Allow cream cheese to soften and place it in a medium bowl.
- Beat syrup into cheese with an electric mixer.
- Mash the bananas and combine them with lemon juice; add to cream cheese and beat until thoroughly blended.
- Sitr in pineapple, dates, and pecans.
- Whip the cream and fold it into the souffle mixture.
- Gently stir until well blended.
- Spoon into paper-lined muffin tins and freeze until firm.
- Allow to soften slightly before serving.
