Ingredients
  • 1 манго
  • 1 персик
  • 1 помидор средних размеров (семена можно убрать)
  • 1 маленький перец-чили, очищенный от семян
  • 1 ст.ложка репчатого лука
  • 1 ст.ложка петрушки
  • 1/2 ч.ложки цедры апельсина
  • 1 ст.ложка апельсинового сока
  • 1/2 ч.ложки сока лайма
  • соль и перец по вкусу

Directions
  1. Порезать кусочками манго, персик, помидор. Мелко порубить перец чили, лук и петрушку.
  2. 2. Положить игредиенты в миску, добавить тертую цедру апельсина, сок лайма и апельсина, соль и перец. Аккуратно перемешать.
  3. 3. Охладить в холодильнике не менее часа.
  4. Калорийность 1 порции (1/2 чашки): 55 кал, белки- 1г, жиры - 0,5г, углеводы - 13г.
