Ingredients
  • peeled thin sliced kiwi
  • 1 can of refrigerated "jellied" cran-berry( NO WHOLE BERRIES)
  • one carton vanilla ice cream

Directions
  1. slice a 1/2 inch thick slab of ice cream from the carton and lay on a plate
  2. thin slice the cold jellied cran berrys and make it the next layer
  3. on top of that add the slices of kiwi
  4. one more slice of ice cream for a top and serve
