How to make it

  • The bulk of this recipe is prep time. Once everything is washed and chopped, simply toss it together.
  • Toss the tomatoes, chickpeas, onion and basil together first.
  • Add a light coating of olive oil and balsamic vinegar (~1 tablespoon--I don't measure)
  • Toss again
  • Serve with sliced italian bread and/or crostinis.
