My favorite smoothie

- 1 cup apple juice shopping list
- 1 banana shopping list
- 1 cup frozen blueberries (or papaya, or mango, or strawberry, or frozen fruit of your choice) shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla vegan protein powder (totally optional, I usually go without) shopping list
How to make it
- Frozen fruit goes on the bottom, banana next, apple juice last.
- Toss into your friendly neighborhood blender and go to it!
