How to make it

  • rinse/clean potato of any debris. pierce potato to prevent explosion. while potato is damp, sprinkle lawry's garlic salt (best garlic salt on market, only garlic salt i do not have allergic reactions from) on entire potato. bake at 400 degrees, for 1 hour, turning at 20 minute intervals. slice potato lengthwise and also down side of potato at 1/2 inch intervals (about 1/2 - 1 inch down side of potato). top w/ favorite toppings and mix into potato. peel off potato leaves, dip into potato, or eat plain and enjoy.
