How to make it
- Set aside BBQ chicken, limes, ranch dressing and tortilla chips.
- In a large salad bowl, toss all other ingredients and mix well.
- To serve:
- In a separate medium sized bowl, put 1 to 1 1/2 cups salad mix (depending on how hungry you are!).
- Add a tablespoon or two of ranch dressing and crumble into mixture a good handful of crumbled tortilla chips (crumble chips to approx. 1/2 inch size bits). Toss until the dressing has coated everything.
- Pour salad mixture onto serving plate and top with about 1/4-1/3 cup BBQ chicken. Serve with 2-4 limes wedges depending on taste (I like a lot of lime on this).
- Squirt lime on top of salad and enjoy!
