How to make it

  • First you wan to add some olive oil to a pan over medium flame.
  • Saute your leeks, carrots, zucchini, green beans and celery.
  • Place a lid on the pan and keep over a low flame for around 15 min.
  • Stir your pan occasionally.
  • Now you can stir in your stock, tomatoes and thyme.
  • Let this come to a boil then put your lid back on the pot and lower the flame to low for around 30 min.
  • Add your cannellini beans with the liquid and your pasta.
  • Keep this over a low flame for 10 min.
  • Add any extra seasonings(salt and pepper) and ladle into serving bowls!
