How to make it

  • Drain the onion and cucumber by placing them in colander resting over a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and place a weight on them to speed draining.
  • Let them drain for 2-3 hours.
  • Once drained, add mix - along with garlic, dill and pepper - to yogurt and mix well.
  • Let it rest in the fridge overnight for best results.
  • Serve cold.
