Frosty Pina Colada Recipe

Ingredients

9 ounces cream of coconut

8 ounces crushed pineapple with juice

1/4 cup light rum

1/4 cup milk

1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Ice cubes

1/2 fresh pineapple

Directions

Combine all ingredients except ice cubes and fresh pineapple in container of electric blender.

Process until smooth then gradually add enough ice to make mixture measure 5 cups in blender.

Process until mixture is smooth and thickened.

Trim pineapple outer surface and cut into 4 long spears and place one in each drink.
