Frosty Pina Colada Recipe
FROSTY PINA COLADA This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Redman Estate in Heath, Texas in 1989.

Ingredients
  • 9 ounces cream of coconut
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1/4 cup light rum
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • Ice cubes
  • 1/2 fresh pineapple

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except ice cubes and fresh pineapple in container of electric blender.
  2. Process until smooth then gradually add enough ice to make mixture measure 5 cups in blender.
  3. Process until mixture is smooth and thickened.
  4. Trim pineapple outer surface and cut into 4 long spears and place one in each drink.
