Refreshing salad

- 1 lb flank steak shopping list
- 1 cup mayo shopping list
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce shopping list
- 2 cups of red leaf lettuce shopping list
- 1 mango cubed into 1/2 in pieces shopping list
- 1/2 cup of red onion sliced thinly shopping list
- 1 cup of jicama sliced into matchsticks shopping list
- 1 roasted poblano cut into strips shopping list
- 1 jalapeno cut into 1/4 in pieces shopping list
- 1 large avocado cut anyway you like shopping list
- 1 tsp parsely shopping list
- 1/8 tsp garlic shopping list
- 1/4 tsp onion powder shopping list
- juice of 1/2 lime shopping list
- 1-2 tsp of melinda's chipotle chili sauce shopping list
- juice of 2 fresh limes shopping list
- 1 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1 tbs honey shopping list
- 1 tsp cumin shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp of chili powder shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves chopped fine shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the mayo,juice of 1/2 lime,garlic powder,onion powder, parsely and melindas chipotle sauce mix well and set in refridgerator.
- Cut a diamond pattern about 1/4 in thick on one side of the flank steak. In a bowl combine juice of 2 limes, chili powder,paprika,honey,cumin,garlic and salt and marinate the flank steak for 2 hours. Grill flank steak for 5-7 minutes on each side and then remove and allow to stand 15 minutes. While waiting for the flank steak add lettuce, onion,mango,jicama,poblano, and jalapeno and mix in a serving bowl. Toss the mayo very lightly with this mixture then add some thin sliced flank steak and avacado.
