How to make it

  • Combine the mayo,juice of 1/2 lime,garlic powder,onion powder, parsely and melindas chipotle sauce mix well and set in refridgerator.
  • Cut a diamond pattern about 1/4 in thick on one side of the flank steak. In a bowl combine juice of 2 limes, chili powder,paprika,honey,cumin,garlic and salt and marinate the flank steak for 2 hours. Grill flank steak for 5-7 minutes on each side and then remove and allow to stand 15 minutes. While waiting for the flank steak add lettuce, onion,mango,jicama,poblano, and jalapeno and mix in a serving bowl. Toss the mayo very lightly with this mixture then add some thin sliced flank steak and avacado.
