this is one of the easiest chocolate icing or sauce that i discovered by accident!!! but the result is amazing...yummy

Ingredients
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 quarter chocolate powder (or more or less according to taste)
  • 2 Tbs vanilla essence

Directions
  1. place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well until smooth.
  2. spread on a cake and sprinkle with chopped nuts or icing sugar
  3. use as a filling for cakes and even on toast.....
