How to make it

  • Chop up tomatoes in nice square pieces
  • chop up the onion in nice square pieces
  • put olive oil and butter into a nice frypan and heat up well
  • fry the onions and garlic together till nice gold colour
  • add the pieces of tomatoes and fry with therest of the ingredients
  • add salt pepper cinnamon vine leaves paprika and the wine
  • fry on simmer enough till the sauce thickens a little
  • add the capsicum and simmer for a little
  • then add the coriander but turn off the heat
  • AND THATS THAT
  • IF YOU WANT YOU CAN ADD KALAMATA PITTED OLIVES NOT TO MANY
