How to make it

  • place the sugar, vanilla essence, rum and half the ice in a blender and blend until well mixed
  • place remaining ice cubes in four separate short glasses
  • pour the drink over the ice cubes and sprinkle with the shredded coconut

    ofcourse you can. but you might want to reduce the sugar as canned/bottled coconut water tends to be sweeter

    yes....i think that you can get them in large supermarkets...i found some in new york when i was living in the USA...But then nothing taste better than the ones you get from cracking the fresh coconuts!!! enjoy...

    Sounds very good. Question: Where do you find coconut water besides buying a bunch of coconuts, cracking them and extracting the water?? Can you buy canned coconut water?
