Home Made Mac And Cheese Recipe
This dish is incredible it is a twist on the regular mac and cheese

Ingredients
  • 4 Cups uncooked Macaroni Noodles
  • 8 oz butter
  • 8 oz flour
  • 1 onion (halved)
  • 1 Gal milk
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 whole clove
  • salt, white pepper and nutmeg to taste.
  • 8 Tomatoes. Quartered
  • 1 teaspoon minced Garlic
  • 4 T Oil
  • S&P to taste
  • Andouille Sausage
  • Fresh Grated Parmasean
  • Fresh Grated Gouda

Directions
  1. Add the flour slowly to the clarified butter on medium heat Making a white roux.
  2. In a separate pan scald milk and add it to the roux slowly beating constantly.
  3. Bring the sauce to a boil then turn down to a simmer.
  4. Stick the bay leaf to the flat side of the onion and poke the whole clove through the bay leaf. Add to the sauce.
  5. Simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
  6. Season with S&P and nutmeg.
  7. Set aside
  8. Roast the Tomatoes:
  9. Place foil on a cookie sheet.
  10. Oil the tomatoes.
  11. Season with S&P and minced Garlic.
  12. Roast for about an 1 1/2 hours at 350.
  13. Set aside.
  14. Ground and saute the sausage until browned.
  15. Add all ingredients and enjoy!!!!!!!

This sounds really good...I think you could even add some macaroni in the mix! Saving to try.
