Ingredients

How to make it

  • Sauté bell peppers in margarine for 5 minutes then stir in flour and cook 2 minutes.
  • Gradually blend in milk, corn, dill weed, salt and pepper then heat to boiling over medium heat.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Gradually stir in small amount of vegetables into egg yolks then stir yolks into vegetables.
  • Mix in tuna then beat egg whites and cream of tartar in large bowl to stiff peaks.
  • Fold into tuna mixture then pour into lightly greased soufflé dish.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes then serve immediately.

    I love anything tuna. I can't wait to try this. I eat tuna or some sort of fish every day, so I'll have to try this, this week. I also like the combination of flavors. This will be really nice stuff, I reckon. Thanks for putting this one up. Cheers.
