How to make it

  • First you want to add some olive oil to a pan over medium heat.
  • Saute onion and garlic until soft.
  • Next add the mushrooms, cooking approx 5 min.
  • Now pour in the broth, water, wine and tomatoe paste.
  • Season with salt and pepper to your individual taste.
  • Now let this heat.
  • Ladle into bowls and serve!
