Mushroom And Tomato Soup

- 4 c. of fresh sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. of beef broth shopping list
- 1 c. of water shopping list
- 1/4 c. of red wine shopping list
- 1/4 c. of tomato paste shopping list
- ground black pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/4 c. of parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2 tbsp. of chopped shopping list
- 1 thinly sliced onion shopping list
- 1 clove of minced garlic shopping list
- 1 tbsp. of olive oil shopping list
- 1 tbsp. of butter shopping list
How to make it
- First you want to add some olive oil to a pan over medium heat.
- Saute onion and garlic until soft.
- Next add the mushrooms, cooking approx 5 min.
- Now pour in the broth, water, wine and tomatoe paste.
- Season with salt and pepper to your individual taste.
- Now let this heat.
- Ladle into bowls and serve!
