Ingredients
  • 4 c. of fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 c. of beef broth
  • 1 c. of water
  • 1/4 c. of red wine
  • 1/4 c. of tomato paste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. of Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp. of chopped
  • 1 thinly sliced onion
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. of butter

Directions
  1. First you want to add some olive oil to a pan over medium heat.
  2. Saute onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Next add the mushrooms, cooking approx 5 min.
  4. Now pour in the broth, water, wine and tomatoe paste.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to your individual taste.
  6. Now let this heat.
  7. Ladle into bowls and serve!
