Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 to 3 bags Ghirardelli Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 jar peanut butter
  • Aprox. 60 muffin liners

Directions
  1. Melt chocolate in double boiler, or in medium sauce pan over low heat. Stirring until smooth.
  2. spoon 2 Tbsp chocolate into lined muffin tins, put in freezer to harden.
  3. in small sauce pan melt peanut butter over low heat.
  4. spoon 2 1/2 Tbsp into muffin tins over hard chocolate.
  5. cover peanut butter with chocolate and freeze over night.
  6. Try not to eat them all at once.
  7. Enjoy!
