How to make it

  • Melt chocolate in double boiler, or in medium sauce pan over low heat. Stirring until smooth.
  • spoon 2 Tbsp chocolate into lined muffin tins, put in freezer to harden.
  • in small sauce pan melt peanut butter over low heat.
  • spoon 2 1/2 Tbsp into muffin tins over hard chocolate.
  • cover peanut butter with chocolate and freeze over night.
  • Try not to eat them all at once.
  • Enjoy!
