Peanut Butter Cups

- 2 1/2 to 3 bags Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 1/2 jar peanut butter shopping list
- Aprox. 60 muffin liners shopping list
How to make it
- Melt chocolate in double boiler, or in medium sauce pan over low heat. Stirring until smooth.
- spoon 2 Tbsp chocolate into lined muffin tins, put in freezer to harden.
- in small sauce pan melt peanut butter over low heat.
- spoon 2 1/2 Tbsp into muffin tins over hard chocolate.
- cover peanut butter with chocolate and freeze over night.
- Try not to eat them all at once.
- Enjoy!
