How to make it

  • Stir first 6 ingredients together in large bowl, make a well in the center
  • Whisk applesauce ,oil, egg,buttermilk,vanilla and maple flavoring together in small bowl. stir in dates . Pour into well of dry ingredients . Stir just untill moistened .
  • Makes 12 muffins.
  • Bake 375 20 minutes .
