Crab Toast

- 6 piece of pre made garlic toast (Texas toast type) shopping list
- 1 cup lump or backfin crab (more or less whatever you prefer) shopping list
- 1 cup shredded moz or chedder blend (get creative) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Place 6 slices of garlic bread on cookie sheet
- put crab lumps (chunks) on top of bread - a little goes a long way but if you love crab like I do, the more the better)
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- bake as directed on the box of garlic toast (or until golden brown)
- Let cool for a moment or two then slice diagnally and serve warm in a basket or on a pretty plate.
- Variations
- Use king or snow crab
- Use Monteray Jack Cheese & Moz or any blend of your fav hard shredded cheese.
- This bread is a great compliment to grilled food or can be passed around on a tray at a dinner party or event. Slice into strips or diagnally.
