Ingredients

2 cups sifted all purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

4 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

2 eggs well beaten

1-1/2 cups milk

1/4 cup butter melted

2 peaches finely diced

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups fresh strawberries finely chopped

Directions

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add eggs, milk, butter, peaches and vanilla. Stir until well blended and smooth then gently fold in strawberries. Spoon about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake on preheated greased griddle. Turn only once.
