Ingredients
  • 1/2 big block of reg velveeta cheese
  • 1 can Ro-Tel

Directions
  1. Cut 1/2 block of cheese into smaller chunks, place in sauce pan, pour in can of Ro-Tel, juice and all. Cook on LOW til all melted. Serve with tortilla chips!
  2. Also can be done in microwave, on a low setting.
  3. This dip is very easy to burn.
