- 2 pounds lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 pound ground pork shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- salt, optional shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning, optional or use less if you prefer shopping list
- 2 cans golden mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 can tomato soup shopping list
- 1 pound mushrooms, canned or fresh shopping list
- 1 large chopped onion shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, using your hands, squish together the ground beef, ground pork, and eggs.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, I do not use salt as I do not need any extra from whats in the soup. Also add the italian seasoning.
- Mix in 1 of the cans of golden mushroom soup and the can of tomato soup.
- Add your favorite mushrooms and the chopped onion.
- Put into two bread pans and cook at 375 for about 45 minutes.
- Pull out of oven and spread 1/2 of the other can of golden mushroom soup on top of each loaf.
- Cook for another 15 minutes.
- Take out of oven and cool for about 10 to 20 miutes.
- Slice and serve with dinner rolls, corn and a baked potato. This is one heck of a dinner and even the kids love it!

- My sister mixes all of the abouve together and makes patties that she fries up in a cast iron skillet. Then uses the second can of golden mushroom soup with a touch of beef broth to make a gravy to pour over it. Its really good that way too!
