Ingredients
- 1 can {13 0z.} evaporated milk shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup buscuit mix shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredde swiss cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp. instant minced onion shopping list
- !/2 cup cooked diced ham or bacon {Or both to make half cup} shopping list
How to make it
- Place evaporated milk eggs butter biscuit mix cheese and onion in blender {Blend 1 minute}
- Pour mixture into well greased 9 inc pie plate top with meat
- Bake 350 oven 45 minutes untill brown and set.
- Allow to stand 10 minutes
