How to make it

  • Mix the flours and the dry ingredients together
  • Add the wet ingredients slowly and mix for around two minutes until well blended
  • Pour batter into cake pan or cupcake holders
  • Cake – bake for approximately 40-45 minutes
  • Cupcake – bake approximately 20 minutes
