How to make it

  • Soak clams in lightly salted water, for 15-20mnt.(this is to remove impurities) clean clams under running tap water and drain in a colander.
  • heat oil , saute curry leaves, dried shrimps, lemon grass, ginger and chilli until fragrant
  • add clams and seasoning (A). Stir well to mix. add in a little water
  • cover wok with lid and cook till the clams are opened. thicken with corn flour mixture then dish out to served
