Pasta Crab Louis

PASTA CRAB LOUIS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Metzger Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1994.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces uncooked macaroni shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons ketchup shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon cracked pepper shopping list
- 8 ounces crab meat shopping list
- 2 green onions including tops shopping list
- 2 hard boiled eggs shopping list
- 6 large lettuce leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Cook macaroni and rinse in cold water and drain well then chill.
- Combine remaining ingredients except crab, green onions, eggs and lettuce.
- Mix well and chill.
- Combine macaroni and crab and place on lettuce leaves then top with dressing.
- Garnish with diced green onions and hard boiled eggs.
