green chillie casserole

This is a wonderful dish that is easy to throw together to impress your family and yourself.
Ingredients
- 10 eggs shopping list
- 1 pt. cottage cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 cups melted butter shopping list
- 1 7ounce can diced green chilies (Ortega,) shopping list
- 1 pound grated Jack cheese (pepper Jack would add zing) shopping list
- 10 drops of Tabasco sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs
- add all other ingredients and blend
- pour into greased 9 X 13 baking dish
- Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degreese
- reduce oven temp to 350 degreese and bake for 25 to 30 minutes longer
- use your imagination and garnish with your favorite yummy topper, salsa, sour cream, guacamole.
