Pineapple Macadamia Nut Cake

My mother made this for Christmas. It blows the doors off of fruit cake. It is very moist and filling.
Ingredients
- 1 jar macadamia nuts whole shopping list
- 1 can pineapple chunks shopping list
- 1 small jar maraschino cherries shopping list
- 3/4 c flour shopping list
- 3/4 c sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- drain fruit well
- mix dry ingredients
- beat eggs and vanilla till foamy
- add everything to bowl and mix till combined
- pour into well greased bread pan
- bake at 300 for 1 hour 45 minutes
