Stuffed Hot Peppers

These are very similar to the peppers served at Billy Ogdens in Buffalo, NY. You won't be disappointed with this dish.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup ground italian sausage shopping list
- 1/3 cup ricotta shopping list
- 1 8oz cream cheese room temp shopping list
- 1 tbs garlic powder shopping list
- 3 tbs grated romano cheese shopping list
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning shopping list
- 1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 tbs olive oil shopping list
- 8 cubanelles for mild or 8 anaheim peppers for spicy shopping list
How to make it
- Brown sausage, drain, cool and chop fine
- Mix all ingredients together
- Divide by 8 and roll into logs
- Cut tops off peppers an remove seeds
- Stuff the logs into the peppers
- Pan fry the peppers in evoo turning until browned on all sides
- Some of the filling will come out of the peppers and brown
- Thats the best part
