Ingredients
  • 1 pound plum tomatoes cut in quarters
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 4 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 pickled Jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 dashes hot pepper sauce

Directions
  1. Make the day before to allow flavors to blend.
  2. Put all ingredients in food processor and pulse until they are coarsely chopped.
