How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a medium size skillet cook bacon is about 3/4's of the way done. Remove the bacon from the skillet to cool. Saute the onion in the bacon grease (add olive oil if you need more liquid). When soft remove from skillet.
  • Spread the cream cheese over the chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place chicken in an oven safe dish.
  • Spoon the onion and bacon over the chicken evenly.
  • Top with cheese
  • Cook for 30 minutes or until the chicken juice runs clear
  • Top with chives for garnish
  • Enjoy!
