Ingredients

chicken cut in to 4 peacies

water

spices like 2 tbp cumin ,2 tbp or squars of maggie ,1 tbp salt ,1 tbp all spice ,3rak(karkom )

1 1/2 c sumac

8 onion

1 c olive oil (zat badody)roasted olives

bread arabic (hand made even better )

11/4 c pine nuts

1 1/2 c lentils

1 1/2 spanish rice or uncle bens

mazol oil

1 bags of thin pasta noodles ( eh3reya)

Directions

Boil the chicken with the spices in the6 c water 20 mintues

put the chicken in pan and spice it with cumin and sumac and oil with salt to finish cooking in the oven no foil at 350 for 40 minutes

clean the lentils and cook them in pat and after sperat the liquid for the lentils and cut half onion and put it in the same pat cook with 2 tbp ovile oil(zat badody )tast even better ,add the cook lentils and the rice and(in pan with some mazol oil to cook the thin noodle until golden brown ) the brown noodle with some 1 tbp cumin and 2tsp salt 1/4 tsp carcom,1 squar maggie use ,2 1/2c chicken broth that u made befor , cook for 30 minut after it starts to boil lower the heatto med-low and let in cook for 25 minutes

slice the onoin in to 2 half and cut in to big (c) and cook in pan over meduem heat with olive oil befor it done in 10 mintues add 1/2 c chicken broth to make it tinder after the onion are done add the sumac put 2 spoon full from the onion sumac on a side , and add from the broth to make a thic sauce about 1 cup cook for 2 mintues then turn off the heat

toast your pine nut the lasat minute befor serving the meal in flat pan bring 5 peaces of bread or your home made bread pour the somac onion with the thic sauce and the crispy chicken and sprinkel the rest of the somac and the pine nuts

in plat put the lentil rice with the onion sumac with some pine nut on top and dont forget to make salad like fattoush for some thing simple like cummbers and tomato with lime , yogurt with lime mix togetter and enjoy

u can mix the onion with the ground meat and the pine nut then with a spoon full add it to a pita bread with a peace of chicken on it .side lentil rice with spoon full on top of it of onion sumac and the salad and yogurt side .
