Bear Brats with eggs and hash browns

- 6 Large Idaho baker style potatoes peeled and shredded shopping list
- 1 dozen high quality bratwurst (or you choice) shopping list
- 1 dozen fresh AA large eggs shopping list
- 6 cans Guinness stout shopping list
- Vegatable oil (for frying) shopping list
How to make it
- Gently boil brats in beer for 20 minutes
- while sausages boil, prepare hash-browns by peeling and grading potatoes working quickly so the brats wont over cook.
- place hash browns and vegetable oil in cast iron skillet over high heat, turning once for uniform crispness.
- once cooked to preference, hold hash browns in a sheet pan in oven on low heat.
- remove broiled brats from beer keeping beer warm on back of stove
- place brats in skillet drizzle with vegetable oil and fry on medium heat for 10 minutes. transfer brats back to the warm beer
- fry eggs in a teflon pan, four at a time. 2 minutes on one side and 1 minute on the other
- Place two eggs, two bratwurst and a portion of hash browns on each plate and serve
