This is a real easy lunch I like to prepare for myself in 10 mins. It comes out real juicy and not dry.

Ingredients
  • half a chicken breast, seaseoned with salt and pepper and cubed
  • a few dashes of dried oregano
  • 1 tsp of italian style bread crumbs
  • two slices of tomatoes
  • lettuce
  • casear dressing
  • two slices of cheese
  • one english muffin or any sandwhich bread

Directions
  1. mix the chicken, bread crumbs, and oregano into your food processor
  2. form the mixture into two small patties
  3. grill for 5 mins or just until cooked
  4. toast the halves of the muffin
  5. spread dressing on the muffin
  6. add tomatoes, lettuce, patty, and cheese
  7. eat!
