Oatmeal Nut Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup light Karo syrup

3 eggs (slightly beaten)

1 cup packed brown sugar

1/3 tsp salt

1/2 cup melted butter or margarine

2/3 cup coconut

2/3 cup oats

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1 tsp vanilla

Pillsbury pie crust (unbaked...usually found in the refrigeration section where the tubes of biscuits are)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

I bet my hubby would like this... He loves Pecan Pie and this is really close to that.... sounds yummy.... I will try and make this this fall..
