How to make it

  • score your bologna about 1/2 inch across, making criss/cross markings. Mix the mustards and soy sauce, spread all over the scored top of bologna. Put half the brown sugar on bologna and pack it down. turn biologna over but do not score this side and do the same thing to that side. Put bologna in a pan that has deep sides(2 inch tall). Pour the beer around the side of the bologna and put on the grill with top down, ( do not cover the bologna with foil) and grill away from dirrect heat for about 4-6 hours.
