Balsamic Glazed Salmon

- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 4 salmon fillets shopping list
- lemon pepper seasoning shopping list
- 14 ounces seasoned chicken broth with Italian herbs shopping list
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1-1/2 tablespoons cornstarch shopping list
- Hot cooked rice cooked without salt shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in skillet then add salmon skin side up and cook until browned about 5 minutes.
- Turn salmon and season with lemon pepper then add 1/2 cup broth and heat to a boil.
- Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done then remove salmon and keep warm.
- Mix remaining broth, vinegar and cornstarch.
- Add to skillet and cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
- Place rice in bowls and top with salmon then spoon sauce over all.
