Raspberry Mousse with Quick Chocolate Sauce

- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin shopping list
- 2 c fresh or frozen raspberries shopping list
- 1/2 c sugar shopping list
- 1-1/2 c heavy cream shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- Sauce shopping list
- 6 oz bittersweet or semisweet chocolate,finely chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Make mousse: In a bowl,mix gelatin into 3 Tbs cold water. Let stand to dissolve.
- Combine raspberries and sugar in a medium pot over med-low heat ,stirrring,until sugar dissolves and mixture is warm,5 mins. Stir in gelatin until blended. Pour into bowl and set aside to cool.
- Combine cream and vanilla in a large bowl;whip till cream holds soft peaks. Gently fod in raspberry mixture. Spoon mousse into 6 dessert goblets. Lightly cover with plastic wrap;refrigerate till set,at least 2 hours or up to 2 days.
- Make sauce: Combine chopped chocolate and 3 Tbs water in microwaveable bowl;microwave on high until chocolate is melted,1 minute. Whisk till smooth. Cool slightly and drizzle over mousse before serving.
