Fruity-Nutty Granola

- 7 Cups Whole rolled oats shopping list
- 1 Cup wheat germ shopping list
- 1 Cup bran flakes shopping list
- 1 Cup Chopped walnuts shopping list
- 1 Cup slivered almonds shopping list
- 1 Cup sunflower seeds shopping list
- 1/4 Cup sesame seeds shopping list
- 1-1/4 Cups shredded coconut shopping list
- 1 Cup raisins shopping list
- 1 Cup Yellow raisins shopping list
- 1 Cup dried cherries shopping list
- 1 Cup dried blueberries shopping list
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 8 Oz. pure maple syrup shopping list
- 4-5 Oz. honey shopping list
- 1/4 Tsp sea salt shopping list
- 1 Tbl cinnamon (rounded Tbl) shopping list
- 1/4 Tsp Pure vanilla Powder (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together the oats, wheat germ, bran, walnuts, almonds, sesame & sunflower seeds, cinnamon, vanilla powder and coconut. Add in the dried fruit. Break up any clumps of raisins. Sprinkle in sea salt.
- Combine vanilla extract and maple syrup. Slowly add a small amount of vanilla/syrup into main ingredients, mixing well. Continue doing this until all liquid has been added. Repeat with the honey. (if you warm the honey, it speeds up the mixing process)
- Place in shallow baking sheet and bake in preheated 350° oven, stirring occasionally for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
