Ingredients
  • 7 Cups Whole Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Wheat Germ
  • 1 Cup Bran Flakes
  • 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 Cup Slivered Almonds
  • 1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds
  • 1-1/4 Cups Shredded Coconut
  • 1 Cup Raisins
  • 1 Cup Yellow Raisins
  • 1 Cup Dried Cherries
  • 1 Cup Dried Blueberries
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 8 Oz. Pure Maple syrup
  • 4-5 Oz. Honey
  • 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbl Cinnamon (rounded Tbl)
  • 1/4 Tsp Pure Vanilla Powder (optional)

Directions
  1. Mix together the oats, wheat germ, bran, walnuts, almonds, sesame & sunflower seeds, cinnamon, vanilla powder and coconut. Add in the dried fruit. Break up any clumps of raisins. Sprinkle in sea salt.
  2. Combine vanilla extract and maple syrup. Slowly add a small amount of vanilla/syrup into main ingredients, mixing well. Continue doing this until all liquid has been added. Repeat with the honey. (if you warm the honey, it speeds up the mixing process)
  3. Place in shallow baking sheet and bake in preheated 350° oven, stirring occasionally for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
