How to make it

  • Mix together the oats, wheat germ, bran, walnuts, almonds, sesame & sunflower seeds, cinnamon, vanilla powder and coconut. Add in the dried fruit. Break up any clumps of raisins. Sprinkle in sea salt.
  • Combine vanilla extract and maple syrup. Slowly add a small amount of vanilla/syrup into main ingredients, mixing well. Continue doing this until all liquid has been added. Repeat with the honey. (if you warm the honey, it speeds up the mixing process)
  • Place in shallow baking sheet and bake in preheated 350° oven, stirring occasionally for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
