Ingredients

1 bottle Zesty Italian Dessing

2 tablespoons White Wine Worcestire Sauce

Juice of 1 lime

2 teaspoons garlic, minced

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, washed and sliced into 1/2 inch strips

1/4 pound proscuitto

fresh basil leaves, enough for 1 leaf per piece of chicken

~~~Dip~~

2 medium avacados, peeled

1/8 cup minced cilantro

2 green onions , chopped

2 T lime juice

2 T mayonaise

1 1/2 teaspoons horseradish

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 t salt

Directions

Tear procuitto strips to fit around chicken. Lay proscuitto, 1 basil leaf then chicken, roll up. Skewer or place seam side down on a baking sheet. Grill or bake in oven

at 375 for 30 min . Serve w/ dip

Mash avacados add the next 7 ingredients, serve with chicken roll ups.
