Mexican Dip- Bean Free

- 2 pkg, 8 oz cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2 lbs ground beef shopping list
- one jar salsa ( med, hot, chunky, etc what you prefer ) shopping list
- shredded cheddar cheese as you like shopping list
How to make it
- Sotfen cream cheese at room temp and spread evenly on a 1/2 sheet pan or any large disposable aluminum pan
- Set aside
- Meanwhile brown beef and drain fat and cool
- Stir in salsa into the beef to taste
- Spread cooled beef mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Then liberally sprinkle on the cheese
- Bake 350F until cheese is melted ,
- Use nachoes or chips to scoop dip right out of the pan!
