Avocado Ice Cream Recipe

How to make it

  • Put the avocado meat, lime juice, lemon zest, vanilla, milk and sugar into a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
  • Add heavy cream, and blend just until combined.
  • Cover and put mixture into fridge and chill four to six hours. (I skip this step- because I can't wait!)
  • Pour mixture into ice cream maker, following instructions for your machine, run approx. 20 minutes. Serve soft, or put in freezer to harden.
