Italian Cheese Steaks

ITALIAN CHEESE STEAKS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Staley Estate in Wills Point, Texas in 1982.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 6 boneless sirloin steaks shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 15 ounce jar pasta sauce shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups pepper jack cheese shredded shopping list
- fresh parsley chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Heat olive oil in skillet then sprinkle each steak with salt and pepper and brown in skillet.
- Remove steaks and set aside then pour sauce in skillet and heat then add steaks.
- Sprinkle with cheese and cook covered until cheese melts then sprinkle with parsley and serve.
