Ingredients
  • 350g plain flour
  • Coconut milk - not too thick, about 3 cups
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  • 2 tbs cooking oil

Directions
  1. Mix all the above ingredients. Make sure the texture is just like double cream. Not too thick or too thin
  2. Brush the non stick pan (18cm in diameter) lightly with oil. heat the pan on high heat and bring it to medium low heat. Using the squeez bottle/ roti jala vessel, quickly squeez the bottle from outer part of the pan to inside of the pan, make a circle movement. Then make a zig zag movement from left to right and zig zag up and down. Leave it to cook for about 10 to 12 seconds. Then while it is still in the pan, with your spatula, fold the pancake into half, then fold it again into half. Now you have a triangle shape. Lift it from the pan and set aside. Make till the batter is finish. Serve with chicken or lamb curry.
