Butter Ball Chiffons

- 1 Cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup confectioner sugar shopping list
- 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix shopping list
- 2 tsp. water shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts shopping list
- 2 Heath candy bars ( chopped) I used toffee bits shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the pudding mix, water, and vanilla. Gradually add flour. Stir in nuts and chopped candy bars.
- Roll in 1 in. balls. Place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes before removing to wire racks.
- Makes about 5 dozen.
- Note there are no eggs in this recipe.
