Pilaf With Wild Garlic

- 1 bowl coarse bulgur shopping list
- 1 onion, chopped shopping list
- ½ kg wild garlic shopping list
- ½ c split chickpeas shopping list
- 150 gr butter shopping list
- salt shopping list
- water shopping list
How to make it
- Saute the onion in butter till transparent. Add the cleaned and washed garlick and mix. Add the bulgur and split chickpeas. Add water equal to the bulgur. Add salt, cover and cook on medium low heat till done.
