  • 1 bowl coarse bulgur
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ½ kg wild garlic
  • ½ c split chickpeas
  • 150 gr butter
  • Salt
  • Water

Directions
  1. Saute the onion in butter till transparent. Add the cleaned and washed garlick and mix. Add the bulgur and split chickpeas. Add water equal to the bulgur. Add salt, cover and cook on medium low heat till done.
